The Posh Watch Shop – Two Year Guarantee
To maintain trust in watches sold by The Posh Watch Shop we provide our own two-year guarantee. This leaves you with the peace of mind that in the very unlikely event your new watch should malfunction from normal use you are covered for a repair, or if this is not achievable, a replacement.
Your Posh Watch Shop two-year guarantee begins from the date your watch is delivered to you.
We take note of all watches we sell including the date of delivery. So, all you need to do is contact us via our website contact form with your name and watch model number. If you need to return your watch and we confirm it meets our guarantee rules as set out below, we will provide a repair, or if this is not achievable, a replacement.
The guarantee covers mechanical failure of the watch so long as your watch has been properly maintained, if modifications have been made to your watch, or your watch has been tampered with, your two-year Posh Watch Shop Guarantee may be limited or even cancelled.
Water damage caused by incorrect use of the watch is not covered by the warranty e.g. not having the seals checked and an annual pressure test or making sure the crown is tightly screwed down before using the watch whilst in or near water.
In the event of improper use of your watch or abnormal wear and tear, we maintain the right to cancel your Posh Watch Shop guarantee.
These terms may be altered at any time at the discretion of The Posh Watch Shop.
Some local regulations may prohibit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitation or exclusion of warranty shall not apply. While this guarantee grants you certain rights, local laws – which vary from country to country – may give you other rights.
